Special: The male Patient

The male patient is very different from the female client: A man’s skin is about 25% thicker than a woman’s, his skin texture is tougher, his sebum (oil) and its production also differ. Regardless of age, men also have a much higher collagen density than women. These are only a few examples why male patients require unique procedures, techniques and material that aim at their specific needs.

At the moment, our aesthetic patients are mostly women. Most of the “regular” workshops of aesthetic companies therefore focus on females and do not teach the specifics of treatments for men. Many doctors do not have a lot of experience with male clients and feel insecure when it comes to their treatment, the result: unhappy male patients.

This training focuses on aesthetic procedures for the male patient. You will learn the key differences in the treatment of male vs. female clients, how to inject botulinumtoxin/fillers, special liposuction techniques, how to solve hairloss problems and the latest procedures to treat gynaecomasty.
